In this manual we explain how you add online payment methods to WooCommerce with the Pronamic Pay plugin.

Note: We assume you already installed the Pronamic Pay plugin and connected it to a payment provider. If not, please follow the Getting started with Pronamic Pay manual.

Connect WooCommerce with Pronamic Pay

Time needed: 10 minutes

A step-by-step manual to add payment methods from your connected payment provider to your WooCommerce webshop.

Login to your WordPress website
When you’re logged in, you’re in your ‘WordPress Dashboard’.
Go to WooCommerce Settings
On the left-hand side of your screen you see the item ‘WooCommerce’ in your menu. Click on de subitem ‘Settings’.
Go to Payment Settings
Click on the tab ‘Payments’ in the upper-hand of your screen. You will see a list of available payment methods for your WooCommerce webshop.
Enable a payment method
For example enable ‘Pronamic – Creditcard’ by switching the related button under the ‘Enabled’ column.
Setup the payment method
Now click on ‘Manage’ on the right-hand side of your screen to customize and adjust the payment method.
Check the payment method information
Check if all the information for the payment method is correct and select a payment configuration if this is still empty. Safe your changes if you have made any.
The payment method is activated
The payment method is now active for your WooCommerce webshop. Please check the checkout page of your shop.
